摘 要: 通过对茯苓药材中提取的茯苓多糖进行羧甲基修饰,制备一种水溶性羧甲基茯苓多糖(CMP),并对其抗氧化性进行研究。测定样品的还原能力和抗氧化能力两个指标:利用H2O2和Fe2+混合发生Fenton反应测定CMP对·OH的清除能力,采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定CMP对·O2-的清除能力。结果显示在质量浓度为0.1g/L~5g/L的有效范围内该多糖具有一定的还原能力。在有效范围内CMP对·OH的清除50%羟自由基的多糖浓度(EC50)为2.5g/L,CMP浓度为5g/L时对·O2-的清除率为17%。 A water-soluble carboxymethylated Poria cocos polysaccharide (CMP) was prepared by the reaction with monochloroacetic acid. The antioxidative activities of CMP were also studied. Determine scavenging capacity of CMP to · OH by Fenton Reaction caused by mixing H2O2 and FeE +. And determine scavenging capacity of CMP to · O2^- by means of pyrogallol self- oxidation. The CMP had proper reducing capacity at the range of 0.1 g/L-5 g/L, EC50 of scavenging capability to ·OH was 2.5 g/L within the valid range, and the scavenging capacity of CMP to ·O2^- was 17 % with 5 g/L.
