摘　　要： 在TMS320DM642平台上,使用H.264视频压缩技术和NDK网络开发包,实现了局域网内高效的双向视频传输。给出了NDK的详细配置、基于DSP/BIOS操作系统上的任务调度框架设计,并以发送为例给出完整的实现算法。整个系统具备视频编解码处理、网络传输、自动控制等功能,为基于DSP嵌入式网络视频应用起到了指引和参考的作用。 TMS320DM642-based platform, used the H. 264 video compression technology and NDK （network development kits）, high-performance two-way video transmission within LAN is implemented. NDK＇s detailed configuration is showed, the task scheduling framework based on the DSP/BIOS operating system is designed, and take send process as an example, its complete implement algorithm is given. The entire system involved video codec/decodes processing, network transmission, automatic control and other functions. This work plays a role of guidance and reference to other DSP-based network video applications.
