摘　　要： 采用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定了赣南山豆根中Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn 6种金属元素。测定的赣南山豆根中含有丰富的人体必需金属元素,采用此方法回收率在98.8%—104.0%之间。本方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。 The sample was digested by microwave with HNO_3.Six trace elements including Fe, Cu,Mg,Ca,Mn,Zn in Radix Sophora Tonkinensis of Gannan were directly determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy.The method is simple and rapid with the recoveries of 98.8% to 104.0%.
