摘　　要： 对广州市现代物流业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行系统梳理,旨在为广州物流业可持续发展提供参考借鉴。从物流业发展的条件分析出发,指出广州市发展现代物流业的优势是具有雄厚的经济实力、良好的交通运输网络、日趋完善的物流规划和不断壮大的物流企业;而物流人才匮乏、信息化水平低、行业集中度不高、市场有效需求不足则是制约其发展的主要因素;近年来从国家到地方出台的一系列利于物流业发展的政策,为广州市物流业大发展提供了难得的机遇,同时在其发展过程中也面临着日益激烈的国内外竞争的挑战。 This paper points out the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the development of modem logistics industry in Guangzhou. Powerful economy, efficient transport networks, sustainable improvement logistics planning and the growing of the logistics enterprises are the advantages of development of modem logistics industry of Guangzhou. Its weaknesses is lack of high-quality personnel and the lower informatization level and concentration- In addition, the weak effective demand market also is the main constraining factor to the development of the logistics industry in Guangzhou. In recent years, many policies which come from the national or local government all provide valuable opportunities for the development of the modern logistic industry in Guangzhou. Even so, there will be more fiercely competition from domestic and foreign with it.
