摘 要: 以ZrOCl2.8H2O、NH4NO3为原料,采用电化学法制备了ZrO2超细粉体,通过X-衍射对所制备的超细粉体进行了表征,研究了电极材料、电流密度、反应时间、溶液初始浓度和溶液初始pH值对反应的影响,并对反应机理进行了探讨。 Using ZrOCl2 · 8H2O, NH4 NO3 as reactants, ZrO2 ultrafine powder was prepared by electrochemical method. The powder was characterized hy X-ray diffraction (XRD). Several factors, such as electrode material, current density, reaction time,the initial concentration and initial pH value of solution were analyzed. The reaction mechanism was discussed.
