摘　　要： 青年农民工已经成为广州农民工的主体,其文化构成有所改善但精神生活贫乏,基本素质需要提高。这种状况不仅影响到农民工的工作选择,也影响到他们在都市的发展。探索农民工生存发展与都市社会和谐发展相统一的新途径,要从提高青年农民工的素质入手,增强自身求生存求发展的意识;也要改善企业管理机制,创造农民工成才的社会氛围与工作环境和生活环境。 Young peasant workers has become the subject of Guangzhou,its cultural workers constitute improved but lack the basic qualities of spiritual life,needs to improve.This situation is not only affect the migrant workers,but also affects the work in urban development.Exploring the new way that the survival and development of Migrant workers with the social harmonious development,to improve the quality of young workers,to enhance their awareness of survival development;also want to improve the enterprise management mechanism,create social atmosphere and the workers work environment and living environment.
