摘 要: 对1日龄雏鸡人工感染马立克氏病毒,观察不同剂量的硝酸镧对SPF雏鸡红细胞膜ATPase活性的影响。结果表明,硝酸镧对红细胞膜Na+,K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase、Mg2+-ATPase活性均有增强作用。表明硝酸镧可通过改变细胞膜上ATPase活性发挥抑制鸡MD肿瘤的作用。 Chicken of one day old was inoculated vMDV, in order to observe effects of different doses of lanthanum nitrate on erythrocyte membrane ATPase activity of SPF chicken. The results showed that lanthanum nitrate could enhance the activity of Na^+, K^+-ATPase, Ca^2+-ATPase and Mg^2+-ATPase. The results demonstrated that lanthanum nitrate could inhibit chicken MD tumors by changing ATPase activity of cell membranes.
