摘 要: 针对现有液态乙烯运输船的BOG再液化装置效率低的问题,进行了流程优化。在对现有和优化流程进行热力学分析的基础上,进行了优化前后的乙烯BOG再液化系统和制冷剂循环系统的分析。结果表明:优化的乙烯BOG再液化流程的效率为29%。相比现有流程效率26.5%,提高了9.6%。 In view of the low exergy efficiency of BOG( boil-off gas) reliquefaction plant in LEG( lique-fied ethylene gas) vessels, the current process was optimized. Exergy analysis of ethylene BOG reliquefaction system and refrigerant cycle system was carried out based on a detailed thermodynamic analysis of current and optimized process. The results show that the exergy efficiency of the optimized process is 29% , and it is 9.6% higher than that of the current process which is 26.5%.
