摘 要: 本文通过对隐性白鸡(32周龄)和海大香特Ⅱ号鸡(42周龄)四个品系10项体尺指标(体重、体斜长、胸深、胸骨长、胸围、髋宽、胸角、胸宽、胫长、胫围)的测定,研究快慢羽基因对成年优质肉鸡体型性状的影响。结果表明:快慢羽基因影响成年优质鸡的体型发育,且呈现出品系间的差异性。其中,隐性白慢羽公鸡的胫比快羽公鸡的长但较细,胸部肌肉丰满,隐性白慢羽母鸡比快羽母鸡体型大,胫长而粗,整个胸部发育好;海大香特Ⅱ号快慢羽公鸡间的体型差异不显著,快羽母鸡比慢羽母鸡体重大,体型长、宽、深,但胫部并不长,而且胫比慢羽母鸡还要细。 The experiment was conducted to study the influence of fast and stow-feathering genes on body-shape in adult high-quality-chicken by determining the body-sizes (body weigh, body length, body depth, keel length , heart girth , thurl width , angle of breast , body width , tibia length , circumference of tibia) in four strains of Recessive White Rock Chicken (32- week-old) and Haida xiang Top-quality Chicken No. Ⅱ (42-week-old) . The results were as follows: The growth of body-shape was influenced by the fast and slow-feathering genes, and significant differences were found among strains. The tibia of Recessive White Rock Slow-feathering male Chicken was longer than that of Fast-feathering male chicken, but the circumference of tibia and the chest muscle were bigger in Fast-feathering male chicken. The body-shape and the tibia length of Recessive White Rock Slow-feathering female chicken were bigger than those of Fast-feathering female chicken, and the whole body-growth was better .There were no significant difference of the body-shape between Haida xiang Top-quality Fast and Slow-feathering male chickens, the body weigh and the body-shape of Fast-feathering female chicken were bigger than those of Slow-feathering female chicken while the tibia and the foot of Fast-feathering female chicken were smaller.
