摘　　要： 派出管理作为实现国家权力集中与控制的有效模式从秦代就开始发挥作用。由于派出管理与我国古代监察制度天然的合目的性,导致了派出管理在机构性质、领导体制、监察形式、职能发挥方面均对我国古代的监察制度产生了重要影响。 As one of useful concentrating and controlling country authority pattern,detached administration has taken effect from the Qin dynasty.Because of the same aim of detached administration and our ancient supervisory system,detached administration have effects on our ancient supervisory system,such as the organization property,leading system,supervisory form and the organization function.
