摘　　要： 为了解决目前软件的销售面临的困境和现有的ASP模式、SaaS模式、单个软件的客户端租赁模式三种软件租赁模式存在的缺憾,基于"长尾理论",提出了一种新的基于客户端的多软件分时段租赁系统的构想。在这种构想上最终设计并实现了一个基于网络的软件发布、运营以及使用系统,为应用软件的版权保护以及宣传和销售提供完整的解决方案。该系统给开发者提供一个便捷的软件发售渠道;给运营商提供了一个低成本的软件运营平台;给用户提供了一个丰富、方便、费用低廉的软件使用途径;系统将与软件开发和销售以及使用相关的三个角色紧密地集成在一个系统中,使各自的利益最大化。 Based on the theory of ＂The long tail＂, put forward a new idea of multi- software and time- interval software leasing system, which found on client, in order to solve the current difficulties of software distribution and the existing limitation in three software leasing model modes, ASP mode, SaaS model and single software client leasing model. Upon the idea, finally designs and completes a system about software issue, operating and using which based on network. The system provides an integrated solving project for copyright protection, software drumbeating and software distribution. It also supplies a convenient and prompt software selling channel for developens, a low cost software operating platform for operators, and an abundant and convenient but low- cost using approach for users. Besides, the system integrates those three roles who relate to software development, distribution and usage into one system to make each of them receiving the most benefits.
