摘　　要： 通过对《中华人民共和国体育法》,日本《体育振兴法》的法律法规条文进行比较分析,指出我国体育法的长处与不足,借鉴日本体育法的有益之处,提出了一些完善和健全我国体育法律法规的建议. Authors have comparatively analyzed the rules of law between Law of the PRC on Physical Culture and Sports in China and Law of Sports Rejuvenation in Japan.We have pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the law of the PRC on Physical Culture and Sports.We have also drawn lessons from the advantages of the sports law in Japan.Meanwhile,we have given some suggestions about how to perfect and improve the rules and laws of sports in China.
