摘　　要： 随着信息化以及知识经济时代的到来,人员管理成为了每个公司、企事业单位必不可少的重要管理项目,特别对于一些全国各地都有分支机构且人员调动比较频繁的大型连锁超市,如何予以妥善管理与有效的运用,将是建设现代人员管理制度不可或缺的议题.为此,建立一个基于指纹数据的大型连锁超市人员管理信息系统,并在系统中使用先进可靠的指纹识别技术,可有效提高了系统的运行效率和数据的安全性和可靠性. With the coming of the informationization and the advent of the knowledge-based economy era, man management has become one of the absolutely necessary each management project for every company and institutions essential. Especial to the big chain supermarket, which with branch institutions all over the country and to transfer of personnel more frequently. How to be properly managed and used effectively to build a modern personnel management system, has be a essential issues. From that standpoint,a network personnel management system based on fingerprint data of big chain supermarket is presented.And the advanced and reliable fingerprints identified technique is used in the system. Its fine stability and unique improve the system＇ s operating efficiency and data security and reliability effectively.
