摘 要: 以广东省10名优秀青年男子短跑运动员为实验对象,以MDA、SOD、GSH-PX、红细胞内游离Ca2+、Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶为测试指标,通过对运动员在服用FDP和不服用FDP两种状态下400 m跑后即刻、3 h、6 h及次日凌晨上述指标的测定分析,结果表明:外源性补充FDP对消除运动后机体的自由基或抗氧化酶的提高均有显著性变化,减少红细胞内钙的堆积,提高ATP酶的活性。 Our research takes 10 young male excellent sprinters of Guangdong Province as the subjects of study and MDA, GSH-PX ,free Ca^2+ in red blood cells, Na ^+ -K ^+ -ATPase, Ca^2 + -Mg^2 + -ATPase as the test indexes. We test the indexes immediately or 3 hours or 6 hours after a 400m running or in the next morning in two states taking in FDA or not. By this research,we wonder how the FDA performing its impact on the calcium and ATPase in red blood cells and the antioxidation system.
