摘　　要： 城市形态演化受自然力和非自然力的双重影响,自然力对城市空间的演化始终具有约束力,而非自然力则以社会经济活动的内力作用促进城市结构形态的形成和发展,使其按一定的目标进行组织、调整和重构。城市形态演化在自发调节和人工干预两者机制的调节下具有自然和社会双重特性。近代以来,桂林城市形态从无序扩张到有序引导的发展过程中,自发调节作用逐渐萎缩,通过城市规划进行人工干预的调节作用越来越突出,并引导着城市空间结构形态健康有序地发展。 Evolution of urban morphology is always subject to the natural and non-natural factors.Natural force is always being a binding,while non-natural force is always promoting the formation and development of urban morphology with internal socio-economic activities,vesulting in organization,the adjustment and the restructuring according to certain goal.In recent years,the function of self-adjusting mechanism is gradually in the process from disorder to order guidance development,while the urban planning regulative function is more and more prominent,guiding the development of urban structure morphology healthily and orderly.
