摘　　要： 考察明朝万历皇帝时期党争的起源,应该从历史渊源和政治背景两个角度出发。一方面,中国政治传统里允许官员上书议政,此外,万历帝亲政之初也刻意开放言路,从而为党争提供了言论空间;另一方面,从明代中期就开始形成政治集团之间勾结言官的斗争,这种情况延续到万历朝,并且皇帝和内阁无力压制官员议政,皇帝怠政,不能及时解决争端,内阁拉拢分化言官,挑起党争。 The oringnal of party struggle in WanLi era of Ming Dynasty should be inspected history and political background. For one thing ,The officials were allowed to comment by two facts of the government according to the political tradition in china, what＇s more,the emperor would like to open opinions,which provided opinion room for party struggle ; For another, the struggle between political groups by colluding with YanGuan had formed since middle Ming Dynasty , which lasted to WanLi era , and the emperor and cabinet could not impress officials ＇commenting ,the emperor could not resolved the dispute for while the cabinet drawed and differentiated YanGuan,instigating party struggle.
