摘 要: 文章详细分析了传统的锂电池卷绕机控制方案,为了克服传统设计中控制周期长,控制策略简单,成本高的问题并结合卷绕控制系统的要求,提出了一种基于PC104和PLC的锂离子电池全自动卷绕机混合控制器方案,以对实时性的要求为标准对卷绕系统任务分解,以功能应用为目标对系统进行了模块化设计,阐述了模块间的通信机制和多电机运动控制的实现方法。应用表明改进后的控制方案提高了系统的实时性能,能够实现高精度的变速度控制,较大地降低了生产成本。 In this paper, the traditional design of control system of the automatic winding machine was discussed and compared. Analysis the deficiencies of the traditional design and combined with the requirements of winding system, base on the PC/104 and PLC, designed the automatic lithium battery winding machine' s control system, decomposed the tasks as the standard of real-time requirement, and described the realization of the communication between the modules. Application shows that the improved control system have improved the real-time performance, can achieve a high-precision and variable speed control, greatly reduce of costs.
