摘 要: 在不同温度和相对湿度(RH)条件下,对代表不同亲水性能的三种常见软包装膜——聚乙烯(PE)膜、聚乙烯醇(PVA)膜、大豆分离蛋白(SPI)膜的水蒸汽透过率(WVTR)进行了一系列测定,并在此基础上计算了其水蒸汽透过系数(WVP)。实验结果表明,随温度升高,三种膜的WVTR均呈指数上升趋势。湿度对三种膜WVTR的影响表现出一定差异,对PVA膜和SPI膜,其WVTR与RH之间满足指数方程y=A*exp(x/B)+C,而PE膜的WVTR与RH间表现为线性关系。PVA膜和SPI膜的WVP受湿度影响大于温度对其影响,相反,PE膜的WVP受温度影响程度显著于环境湿度。 The steady-state permeability experiment is the method recommended to be used to determine water vapor transmission rate(WVTR) of polythene(PE),polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and soy protein isolate(SPI) films at 35%~90% relative humidity(RH) and 10 ℃~40 ℃ gradient.The goal of this work is to assess the RH and temperature dependence of water vapor permeation rates through the flexible packaging films.The results indicate that the WVP values of three films grow exponentially with temperature.The relative humidity and temperature has obvious influence on WVTR and WVP of PVA,SPI and PE films.For PVA and SPI films,following relative humidity,the increasing trends of WVTR values are accordance with the exponential function[y=Aexp(x/B)+C],and that WVTR values of PE films and the relative humidity show predominantly linear relationship.
