摘 要: 增强树脂是影响机油滤清器用滤纸介质相容性最重要的因素。以两种苯丙乳液和一种水溶性酚醛树脂为研究对象,对它们增强滤纸样的DMA动态热力学性能及增强滤纸样在135℃机油中的形变与力学性能变化进行了研究。结果表明,水溶性酚醛树脂增强滤纸在高温机油中的介质相容性相对较好,苯丙乳液A型增强滤纸次之,而苯丙乳液B型增强滤纸在机油中介质相容性最差。 Reinforcing resins play the most important role in media compatibility of filter papers. Two kinds of styrene-acrylic acids copolymer emulsions and a water-soluble phenolic resin were studied in this paper by analyzing dynamic mechanical properties of the filter papers rein- forced with these resins and investigating the changes of their dimension and the performance in engine oil at 135℃. The result showed that: the fiher papers reinforced with water-soluble phenolic resin has the best compatibility, while the filter papers reinforced with styrene-acrylic acids copolymer emulsions B has the worst compatibility in engine oil at 135℃.
