PMMA/PBMA聚丙烯酸酯半IPN阻尼涂料性能的研究

摘  要: 采用分步聚合方法合成了P(MMA-co-AA-co-HEMA)/P(BMA-co-HEMA)半互穿聚合物网络水溶胶,在MMA网络中加入交联剂二乙烯基苯(DVB),在BMA网络中不加入交联剂。用动态黏弹谱DMA(DynamicMechanical Analysis)分析水溶胶的阻尼性能并测试其涂膜5项性能指标。实验发现当m(MMA):m(BMA)=5:5,w(DVB)=0.1%,PMMA/PBMA半IPN可同时满足阻尼性能和涂膜性能的基本要求。同时涂膜力学阻尼能力经力学振动阻尼测定装置检测,振幅衰减明显,而且振动阶数越高,阻尼效果越好。 p( MMA - co - AA - co - HEMA)/P ( B MA - co - HEMA) semi - IPN polymer hydrosol was synthesized by two step polymerization, crosslinking agent DVB was added in the MMA network while no DVB in the BMA network. The damping properties of the hydrosol were analyzed by DMA and five performance indicators of its coating film were measured. The PMMA/PBMA semi - IPN can meet the basic requirements of the damping performance and film properties simultaneously when m (MMA) : m (BMA) = 5 : 5, w (DVB) = 0. 1%. The determination of mechanical damping performance by mechanical vibration damping device indicated that amplitude was attenuated significantly, and found the higher of order of the vibration the better damping effect of the coating film.
