摄食转全鱼基因鲤的小鼠亚急性毒性分析

摘  要: 通过投喂实验、血液学指标分析、脏器与体质量百分比分析及组织病理检查4个方面,对摄食转基因鱼肉饲料的小鼠进行亚急性毒性研究。结果显示,摄食转全鱼基因鲤鱼肉饲料的小鼠(实验组)在实验期间(90d),其外观、摄食和活动均正常;与摄食非转基因鱼肉饲料的小鼠(对照组)相比,二者在血清生化和血液生理指标上均无明显差异,只在尿素氮质量分数和白细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜碱性细胞数量上与摄食非鱼肉饲料的小鼠(空白组)存在一定差异。在肝脏和肾脏两脏器占体质量的百分比的研究中发现,3组实验小鼠均无明显差异;最后,实验组小鼠两脏器经组织切片检查,亦未发现有任何病变发生。结果初步证明摄食转全鱼基因鲤对哺乳动物小鼠是安全的,这为今后转全鱼基因鲤的批准上市提供了理论依据。 A subacute toxicity experiment on the mice fed with all fish gene transferred common carp was conducted by means of feeding experiment, blood measurements, the percentage analysis of viscera to body weight, and tissue pathological examination. Results showed that the mice fed with transgenic carp did not appear any symptoms during the whole experiment (90 days). Moreover, the physical and biochemical data of the blood in mice fed with transgenic carp were normal compared with the mice fed with non-transgenic carp. However, a slightly difference was found in blood urea nitrogen, white blood cell, lymph cell and basophile between mice fed with and without fish. Additionally, no remarkable difference was found in the percentage analysis of viscera to body weight for all the experimental mice. Finally, all the mice were anatomized to prepare slices for tissue pathology examination, as a result, none of pathology was observed in their livers and kidneys. It is confirmed that mice are healthy as fed with all fish gene transferred common carp, which provides a theoretical basis for the production of transgenic fish in future.
