摘 要: 针对大型粮库设施粮食存储环境相关参数监测点分散的现状,设计出了一种层次型网络拓扑结构的无线传感器网络中央监测系统。以承载ZigBee技术的CC2430芯片为无线节点的检测与信息处理核心,结合温度、湿度传感器模块,构成无线传感器网络终端检测子节点,对现场环境实时检测,并通过路由节点将数据上传;路由节点模块设计,采用无线或RS-485标准的方式与中心节点进行信息通讯,使现场循环检测数据能实时传送给中央监控计算机,实现深入粮仓内部的多点检测、实时监测。结果表明,系统功能扩展方便、布网灵活、施工成本低,为大型粮库设施现代化管理奠定了基础。 As the environmental parameters monitoring points for large scale grain depot facilities were scattered,a wireless sensor network central monitoring system was designed with the structure of hierarchical network topology.CC2430 chip with ZigBee technology was considered as the core of information processing and wireless nodes detection.The terminal child-nodes of the wireless sensor network was established with temperature and humidity sensors.The system implemented real-time circumstances monitoring at the scene, and transferred data by routing nodes. The routing nodes module corresponded with central node in wireless or RS-485 manner; as a result the detecting information at the scene was transferred to central monitoring computer in real time. The system fulfilled multi-point and real-time detecting inside the grain depot. Results show that the system has the characteristics of good expansibility, networking flexibility and low cost. The design lays a foundation for modem management of large scale grain depot facilities.
