摘 要: 报道可见吸收光谱线型的高斯多峰拟合计算,用于研究非离子表面活性剂吐温-80(Polysorbate 80,简称Tween80)和阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,SDBS)混合水溶液中的聚集行为。以孔雀石绿(malachite green,MG)为探针,测量一系列不同浓度的Tween80-SDBS-MG水溶液的可见吸收光谱,其特征是MG单体吸收峰(619~632)nm和二聚体吸收峰(590~606)nm叠合在一起。用Origin软件频谱分析软件包高斯多峰拟合法,计算出体系可见光谱吸收叠合峰的分峰、峰面积(积分吸光度)、频移及半高宽等光谱的线型参数;单体和二聚体峰面积比(相对积分吸光度A_2/A_1)、频移(Δλ)及半高宽(w_1,w_2)使Tween80或SDBS浓度图形,在临界胶束浓度cmc处发生突变。首次发现体系可见吸收光谱线型参数半高宽对吐温-80-十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合表面活性剂相互作用和聚集行为敏感,并成功用于研究该混合表面活性剂体系的聚集行为。 A multi-peaks gaussian fitting on lineshape of vis-spectra is used to study aggregation behavior of mixed surfactant aqueous system of Polysorbate 80 and Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate. Vis electronic absorption spectra of a serials of different concentration Polysorbate 80 and SDBS with Malachite Green (MG) used as probe are measured respectively and characterized by overlap of principal adsorption with λmax occurs in (619 -632 )nm and a shoulder occurs in (590 - 606)nm assigned to monomer and dimer MG respectively. A multi-peaks gaussian fitting is done to interpret the spectra and gives relative integrating absorbance(A2/A1 ), red-shift ( △λ ) and half-width of MG monomer and dimer peaks. A sudden change occurs at cmc in the curves of the relative integrating absorbance (A2/A1 ) , red-shift(△λ ) and half-width (ω1, ω2 ) versus the Polysorbate 80 and SDBS surfactant concentrations. Significantly the dependence of the cmc upon the half-width is firstly observed and successfully used to determine critical micelle concentration (cmc) of mixed surfaetant aqueous system of Polysorbate 80 and Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate.
