摘　　要： 功能语篇分析理论主要包括语域理论、语类结构潜势理论以及语言使用中的"选择"。借助功能语篇分析理论对经贸合同进行语篇分析,可以进一步认识对外经贸合同的语篇特点,培养学生经贸合同写作能力,切实提高经贸合同教学质量。 Functional discourse analysis theory mainly comprises of register theory, generic structure potential theory and the choice of words in use. With the functional discourse analysis theory, analyzing foreign trade contract discourse can further facilitate the understanding of the textual characteristics of foreign trade contracts, cultivate the students＇ writing ability and also improve the teaching quality.
