摘 要: 随着改革的不断深入,公共部门原有的人力资源激励机制已不能适应时代发展的要求,其强大的激励作用正在逐渐弱化,弊端日渐显现。因此,我们必须深入研究公共部门人力资源激励机制存在的问题,并有针对性的进行对策选择,以建立起适应时代特点、单位特色和员工需求的开放的激励体系。 With the deepening of the reform,the original human resources motivation mechanism of the public sector can not meet the requirement of the development of the times,and its powerful invigorative function is gradually weakened and drawback reveals out gradually.Therefore,we should make a further study of the existing problems in the human resources motivation mechanism of the public sector,and carry out pertinence countermeasure choice so as to establish open incentive system,which are adapt to the development of the times, department characteristics and the demands of employees.
