摘　　要： 高栏跨栏步技术的发展趋势已从"跨栏"阶段进入到"跑栏"时代,其特征是远起跨、近下栏、攻栏腿屈膝高摆,下栏迅速,过栏时重心起伏平稳,并与栏间跑的衔接更加紧密。腾空过栏是跨栏跑中的关键技术,腾空过栏中,其摆动腿动作正确与否将直接影响腾空过栏动作的质量。研究认为腾空、过栏、落地、速度几个环节不同于传统技术是高栏跨栏步的现代技术特点。 The developing intention of the technique of gaolan step hurdle has steped from hurdle period into running column age, whose feather is stepping far form the inter, jumping nearfield, attacking columnlegs with bendine knees and placing high, besides, jumping the hurdle quickly.Further more, the focus is both ups and downs and smooth when the athletes go across column, and, it has a more convergence close with running between the column. Field vacating is the key technique of step hurdles.In the process of field vacating, whether the movement ofswinglegs is fight or not will influence the quality of field vacating directly. According to the study, that the links like field vacating, column crossing, floor touching and speed ale different from the traditional techniques are the modem technical feathers ofgaolan step hurdle.
