摘　　要： 农民合作经济组织的产生和发展,满足了农民对农业社会化服务体系的需要,为农民走向市场架起了桥梁。但是,农民合作经济组织发展目前仍处于初级阶段,农民合作经济组织在内在运作机制方面还存在许多问题。 The emergence and development of peasant cooperative economic organization meet the needs of agricultural service system for farmers, and built the bridge between farmers and market. However, the peasant cooperative economic organization development is still in its infancy, there are still many problems on the operating mechanism of peasant cooperative economic organization.
