摘 要: 研究了ABS的卤素-金属氧化物协同阻燃体系,在四溴双酚A(TBA)为阻燃剂,考察了不同金属氧化物对TBA的协同效应,找出了协同效应的变化规律。绘制不同阻燃体系的等氧指数曲线,从等氧指数曲线的形状和数值直观地反映了每一阻燃体系的效能。 The bromide containing synergist used as flame retardance in ABS was studied. The values of the limited oxide index( LOI ) have been measured for a large number of composition in different system. The datas have been plotted in trianguler diagrams named equal LOI curve. From the shape and values of the curve, the effection of the synergistic flame retardance can be shown. Synergist cofficient was used to determine the synergism between bromide and synergist. Small amount of PC added into the ABS can obviously improve the flame retardant property. When PC is added, the optimum ratio is 4∶1, Synergistic effect of several compound in investigated, such as TiO 2 and Fe 2O 3. The TBA TiO 2 system is strongly effected by water, so TiO 2 is not a idealistic synergist. Fe 2O 3 is found to be a better synergist than Sb 2O 3.
