摘 要: 聚合物挤出吹塑中型坯的自由吹胀受到多方面因素的影响。采用动力学方法对此进行了研究,模拟了吹胀过程的型坯轮廓变化,分析了吹胀压力、材料模量、型坯初始壁厚对此过程的影响。 The free inflation are parison in extrusion blow molding is governed by a number of factors.The dynamics of parison free inflation is studied for a better understanding of the moulding process.The extending profiles of such parison free inflation is examined and factors affecting such free inflation (e.g. operational pressure,modulus of materials,initial wall thickness of the parison and its influence on the processing,etc.)are discussed.
