摘 要: 以"成立机构,完善制度,逐步推进,形成机制"为原则,建立起由学生、教师、领导全员参与的对教学过程各要素全面监控的管理体系和监控体系,形成了一整套富有学校特色的"检查与抽查相结合、评估与评比相结合、监控与建设相结合"的"6543"教学质量监控运行机制。 In the practice of the management in recent years,with the principle of "establishment of institutions,improvement of system,advancement gradually,creation of mechanism",the management system and monitoring mechanism have been established for every element in the instructional progress,which demands the involvement of all the students,the teachers and the leaders in the teaching process.Great effort to create a set of monitoring mechanism has been made for the teaching quality,which has its own characteristic of combination of inspection and random inspection, evaluation and competition, monitoring and constructing.
