摘 要: 针对混流装配线上由于不同品种产品在作业时间上存在差异而导致装配线瞬时负荷不平衡的问题,研究了混流装配线平衡问题的多目标优化方法,提出了均衡各工作站的加权平均负荷、最小化装配线实际节拍和最小化工作站的空闲时间三个优化目标,建立了多目标优化模型,并采用遗传算法对多目标优化模型进行求解。通过多目标优化方法,可提高混流装配线的利用率和平衡率,达到加权平均负荷与瞬时负荷同时平衡的目的。算例分析验证了所提出方法的有效性。 In mixed-model assembly lines,the workload assigned to a workstation may vary among the different models because each task processing time may vary among the different models.To balance instantaneous workload among workstations,multi-objective optimization for the mixed model assembly line balance problem was studied.Three objectives,such as balancing weighted average workload,minimize cycle time of assembly line and minimize idle time of workstation,were proposed.A mathematical programming model was built,and a genetic algorithm was used to solve the mathematical programming model.By multi-objective optimization,high line usage rate and line efficiency can be perceived and weighted average workload and instantaneous workload among workstations can be balanced.An example was given to show the efficiency of the approach.
