摘　　要： 科技实力薄弱是区域经济落后的主要原因之一,发展虚拟研发联盟是一条有效的途径。本文从产业规模的角度,着重在比较优势的框架内探讨了产业规模与技术的相互影响机制,从产业规模形成的集群效应可以看出,促进区域经济发展要依靠区域科技的发展,进而分析了发展虚拟研发联盟对区域科技发展的作用。在研究区域发展虚拟研发联盟可行性基础上,提出区域发展虚拟研发联盟的战略取向及有效途径。科技虚拟研发联盟不仅与产业规模相关,与产业提升、控制产业链的高端的关系更密切。 scientific and technological strength is weak regional economy one of the main reasons behind the de- velopment of virtual R ＆ D Alliance is an effective way.
