摘　　要： 采用组织学、电镜方法对云南主要地方牛种大额牛、云南瘤牛、中甸牦牛、迪庆黄牛和中甸犏牛的肌纤维特性作了系统研究．５个牛种背最长肌的肌纤维直径（μｍ）分别为５７４８±１１５，１０９４５±１８４，１００３８±６２５，９０３８±５３１和９７３５±９６２；肌纤维密度（根／ｍｍ２）分别为２０１５４±２６６，１１５４５±４０４，１０６３０±１０１０，９０３８±５３１和９２３５±９６２；肌束内纤维数（根）分别为７３２３±８９０，３４３２±８７７，３６３２±８３０，４７６２±８９０和４０４０±８７９．肌节长度（μｍ）以大额牛公牛最长（１７０６５），云南瘤牛去势公牛居中（１４６７０），云南瘤牛公牛最短（１２０５０）． The histologic structure and characteristics of striated muscle in Yunnan native cattle were studied first.For the eye muscle of Gayal,Zebu,Zhongdian yak,Diqing yellow cattle and Zhongdian cattle yak,the muscle fiber diameter are 57 48±1 15,109 45±1 84,100 38±6 25,90 38±5 31,and 97 35±9 62 μm respectively;the musc les fiber density are 201 54±2 66,115 45±4 04,106±10 10,90 38±5 31 and 97 35±9 6 number/mm 2;respectively the fiber number in per fasciulus are 73 23±8 90,34 32±8 77,36 22±8 30,47 62±8 90 and 40 40±8.79 respectively.The length of muscle joint for Gayal,the castrated Zebu,and Zebu are 1 706 5 μm,1 476 0 μm and 1 205 0 μm respectively.
