摘 要: 采用有限元方法,分析了有伴热管的埋地输油管道的土壤温度场。将不同距离伴热管对工艺管右端温度的影响作了对比,分别分析了距离为220 mm、120 mm、20 mm的输油管道的土壤温度场,得出工艺管右端的温度分别为57.038℃、60℃、70℃的结论。所以,当伴热管越靠近工艺管时,对工艺管右端的温度影响越大,距离越远影响趋于平缓。并把紧密结合与距离1 mm作对比,得出工艺管右端的温度分别为100℃、85.0815℃.结果表明:在伴热管施工过程中,保持伴热管和工艺管的紧密接触是十分重要的,一旦伴热管和工艺管道间存在微小间隙,伴热管的伴热效果将快速下降。 This paper aims at the underground oil pipeline, analyses numerical simulations of the soil temperature field of oil pipeline with a heating tracer by using the finite element technique. Since different distances of the heating tracer influence the temperature of the process line at the fight end, it analyses the soil temperature field of the pipeline diameters of respectively 220 mm, 120 mm and 20 mm, and determines the temperatures at the right end respectively as 57. 038℃, 60 ℃ and 70℃,so the nearer the distance of the heating tracer is, the greater the influence on the temperature at the fight end of the process line will be. And the greater the distance, the slighter the influence. The results indicate that the temperatures at the right end are 103℃ and 85. 081 5℃ respectively. In the final analysis, it is important that this paper should keep the heating tracer and the process pipeline in close contact. Once there is a minute distance them two, the heating effect will decline quickly.
