摘 要: 对17种植物叶片的叶绿素荧光特性分析,结果表明:17个树种的PSⅡ最大光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)、初始荧光F0值、最大荧光Fm值以及Fv/F0间差异极显著(Sig<0.000);参试树种中,裸子植物的初始荧光F0值(55.53)明显大于被子植物的初始荧光(45.72),最大荧光Fm值的规律与F0相同。而PSⅡ最大光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)与Fv/F0则恰好相反,革质叶片的被子植物Fv/Fm与Fv/F0最大。叶片的叶绿素荧光特性可以作为目的选择的手段。 Experiments on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of leaves involving 17 species of plants revealed that maximal photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ (Fv/Fm), initial fluorescence(F0), maximal fluorescence(Fm) and Fv/ F0 of the 17 species of plants had extremely significant difference (Sig〈0.000). Fo (55.53) and Fm of gymnosperm species were much higher than those of angiosperm species (45.72). However, when it came to Fv/Fm and Fv/F0, coriaeeous leaves of angiosperm species had the highest value. Therefore, Chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics could be considered as a means for selection.
