摘　　要： 通过对天然气联合循环发电上网电价的试算,提出联合循环发电的成本构成计算方法。在计及联合循环发电环境效益及上网分时电价的基础上,对天然气联合循环发电的综合价值进行分析,提出了燃气-蒸汽联合循环电厂调峰运行时上网电价的计算方法及合理的年利用小时数。 The paper proposes the calculating method of combined-cycle power generation cost based on the tentative calculation of the liquefied natural gas （LNG） combined-cycle generation price to grid. Taking the environmental benefits of combined-cycle power generation and the on-grid time-of-use （TOU） power price into consideration, the paper analyzes the integrated value of LNG combined-cycle power generation, and presents the calculation method of electricity price to grid during peaking operation of gas-steam combined-cycle power plant and the reasonable annual utilization hours.
