摘　　要： 及时转变教育观念,在有机化学教学中从注重传授知识转向注重能力培养,改革教学方法和教学内容,发挥学生在教与学中的主体作用,提高学生的综合素质,培养创新型人才。 The notion of education Should be transformed with no delay. During the teaching process of organic chemistry, the traditional emphasis on instructing Knowledge is required to be steered to the development of ability. Besides the teaching method and conten need to be reformed in orde to motivate students to play the major role in teaching and learning activities. Only in this way can students＇ innovative quality be enhanced and innovative talents be nourished.
