摘 要: 利用微卫星分析技术筛选翘嘴鳜、斑鳜和大眼鳜的IRF2基因微卫星标记,分析IRF2基因微卫星在3物种中的遗传变异.结果筛选出了4个微卫星标记,其中I3、I4标记可用于斑鳜的分子鉴定;检测到26个等位基因,平均每个位点6.5个,等位基因频率0.0667~0.7143;3物种IRF2基因遗传变异程度由高到低依次为大眼鳜(H为0.6717;PIC为0.6241),翘嘴鳜(H为0.5376;PIC为0.4462),斑鳜(H为0.3000;PIC为0.2656),这说明IRF2基因微卫星在3物种中遗传变异程度高. Isolation and genetic variation of microsatellite markers was conducted from IRF2 in three species of Siniperca.Three species including S.chuatsi,S.kneri,and S.scherzeri were studied with microsatellite DNA technique.The results showed that a total of 4 microsatellites were isolated ,micreosatellite markers I3,I4 can be used to identify S.scherzell.A total of 26 alleles were found, with 6.5 alleles on average per locus and its allele frequency beging 0.0667-0.7143.The average genctic heterozygosity(H)and the average polymorphism information content (PIC) of IRF2 gene microsatellites were from hightolow Siniperca kneri (H 0.671 7: PIC 0.624 1), Siniperca chuatsi (H 0.5376;PIC0.4462)Siniperca scherzeri(H0.3000;PIC0.2656).This shows that the IRE2 gene microsatellite in three species have a high polymorphism,
