摘　　要： 梁廷枏总修的《粤海关志》,对粤海关进行了全方位考察,实际上兼具工具书与学术专著的二重性质。《粤海关志》作为我国第一部海关专史与通史,不仅提供了丰富的对外贸易史、税政史、海防史史料,而且填补了海关史研究的学术空白,具有一定的学术地位。 YUEHAIGUANZHI,as the China s first book on history of the Customs,written by Liang Tingnan,conducted all-round inspection on Canton Customs.With the tools and the nature of academic work,YUEHAIGUANZHI,could provide a rich history of foreign trade,history of tax policies,and the lesources of the history of coastal defense.YUEHAIGUANZHI fill the gaps in academic research on Customs,and has the high Historiography status.
