摘　　要： 以湖南省资兴市为例,结合规划基数转换实践,归纳总结了规划基数转换出现的耕地基数、建设用地基数、第2次土地调查数据还原和后备资源(特别是荒草地基数)等若干关键问题,并用实证研究将问题融入到整个规划基数转换实践中,提出了相应的具体解决途径。 Based on the conversion practice of original data in land use planning in Zixing city, this study summarizes some key issues in the conversion practice of original data in land use planning, such as the original data of the arable land, construction land, barren grassplot and the restore of the second land survey data. Through empirical research method,these issues have been considered and solved in the conversion practice of original data in land use planning.
