摘 要: 对优选5号、优选8号、优选9号等3个杂交育成的高茶多酚茶树的生化成分与品质性状的研究结果表明,3个茶树品种一芽二叶的生化成分含量丰富,芽叶中的茶多酚、儿茶素、氨基酸、咖啡碱及水浸出物含量均高于云南大叶,其中茶多酚含量比云南大叶高8.70%~10.03%,芽叶的茶多酚和水浸出物含量表现为夏茶>春茶>秋茶,儿茶素含量表现为夏茶>秋茶>春茶,咖啡碱、氨基酸含量表现为春茶>夏茶>秋茶,3个品种均适制高档红茶;此外,3个高茶多酚茶树品种的鲜叶产量特别高(比云南大叶高34%以上)、栽培适应性强(移植成活率达97%以上)。 Youxuan 5, Youxuan 8 and Youxuan 9, are three tea varieties, semi-arbor and daye.Their biochemical ingredient in "two and a bud" were richer than Yunnan daye, especially the tea polyphenol was higher 8.70%~10.03%. The anniversary trend of biochemical ingredient in the young shootsweve as follows: (1) The content of tea polyphenol and water extracts presented as summer 〉 spring 〉 fall. (2) The content of cateehins, presented as summer 〉 fall〉 spring. (3) The content of caffeine and amino acid presented asspring 〉 summer 〉 fall.Therefore, Youxuan 5, Youxuan 8 and Youxuan 9 are suitable for making high-quality black tea.The three varieties have many advantages, such as high-polyphenol, high-yields and strong adaptability. The yield of there varieties are 34%higher than Yunnan daye, and the survival rate reached 97%.
