摘 要: 采用等温热重法对400~900℃温度下流化床制得的神木煤半焦进行了CO2气化动力学研究。结果显示,排除反应初始阶段脱挥发分的影响后,不同制焦温度下的半焦的气化反应活性基本相同,这是由于所用热重实验条件下半焦脱挥发分后得到的焦具有相近的孔结构及活性点浓度造成的。实验得到了流化床半焦在950~1050℃范围内的气化动力学参数。 By means of isothermal gravity analysis, the CO 2 gasification reactivity of Shenmu char obtained from a small fluidized bed pyrolyzer was investigated The results show that chars made in different fluidized bed temperatures have similar reactivities These suggest that under the experimental conditions chars can be converted to cokes with similar pore structure and active site concentration The kinetic parameters are given at the end of this paper
