旧水泥路面采用冲击压实技术现场试验研究

摘  要: 为了分析旧水泥路面冲击压实前后承载能力变化规律,在试验段工程采用了标称冲击能分别为15 kJ和25 kJ的两种冲击压实设备,在破碎过程前后,跟踪旧路基顶面以下不同深度的干密度变化情况。为获得破碎后加铺结构设计参数,根据路面设计的基本原理,测试了破碎水泥板顶的回弹模量与回弹弯沉,并得出了二者之间的统计关系公式。结果表明:冲压对路基顶面以下60 cm范围都能有补压作用,而对顶面以下40 cm以内尤为明显;破碎水泥板顶的回弹模量与回弹弯沉之间有指数关系,其相关性达0.938,能够满足工程应用需要;随着冲压遍数增加,破碎水泥路面代表弯沉值增大,但方差却显著减小,验证了冲压能够降低路面表面强度差异的效果。 In order to study the bearing capacity rule of existing create concrete pavement pre and post impact roller compaction, two kinds of equipment with norminal impaction energy of 15 kJ and 25 kJ were used in the test road project, the dry densities of roadbed soil at different depths pre and post cracking and seating were measured. For acquiring the design parameters of overlay structure 'after cracking and seating, resilient deflection and resilient modulus were measured and their relationship was determined based on theory of pavement design, the result shows that ( 1 ) impact compaction technology can influent soil density of the upper 60 cm thickness, especially the upper 40 cm; (2) there is an exponential relation between resilient modulus and the resilient deflection with 0.938 correlation coefficient which can meet the requirement of projects; (3) with the adding of impacting times, the representative deflection value increases while the variance decreases, which proves that impact compaction technology can reduce the variance of surface intension of old slabs.
