摘　　要： 分析了医疗废物的组成及理化特性,评述了医疗垃圾的现状、危害、特性,对国内外医疗垃圾焚烧技术发展进行论述,目前我国已有不少高校和科研单位专门对医疗废物焚烧炉进行可发,建立了医疗废物焚烧示范项目。还对比了3种医疗垃圾焚烧炉的性能,得出了近年来以热解气化技术为基础的焚烧炉在处理医疗废物方面具有独特的优势,并着重介其新的焚烧工艺——高温热解。 This paper analyzes the composition and the physical and chemical properties of medical waste. The status, hazards, characteristics of medical waste are reviewed. The development of domestic and abroad waste incineration technology are summaried. Many universities and research institutes in China have devoted to develop medical waste incinerator. Demonstration projects on medical waste incineration are set up. The article also compared the three types of medical waste incinerator. The result shows pyrolysis and gasification technology-based incinerators developed in recent years, has unique advantages in the treatment of medical waste. So we focus on the new burning process-heat pyrolysis.
