摘　　要： 介绍了引种、栽植要求及自然条件下保存的牧草种质资源情况,分析了异地保存不成功的主要原因和收集、保存过程中应注意的问题及应对措施,为牧草种质资源收集、保护和开发利用提供了技术借鉴。 An overview was made of the principle of pasture introduction, distribution and disposition, and of requirements for introduction and planting as well as conservation of pasture germplasm resources under natural condition. The main reasons for the failure in ex situ conservation of the pasture germplasm resources were analysed. Some suggestions for special attention and solution in the course of collection and conservation of the resources were put forward, which provides technical support for the collection, conservation, development and utilization of the pasture germplasm resources.
