摘　　要： 潮汕杂成是潮汕先民在社会生产和日常生活中创造出来的佐餐小菜，具有极强的实用性。潮汕杂成更是先民留给现代人的丰厚的精神遗产，体现着勤俭节约、精益求精、热爱家乡、开拓创新的潮人精神。 The Chaoshan miscellaneous salt snacks were created in the Social production and daily life by the Chaoshan ancestors. They are strongly practical. They are spiritual heritage left by the Chaoshan ancestors and reflected in the thrift, and strive for excellence, love for his hometown, pioneering and innovative spirit of the Chaoshan people.
