摘　　要： 博洛尼亚进程下德国高等教育改革成效显著,解决了学制冗长、辍学率高、学位体系不可比等问题,为德国高等教育带来新的活力。改革也遭遇到阻力,博洛尼亚进程缺乏法律约束力,部分高校、媒体、学生的质疑阻碍了进程的速度。 Germany achieved remarkable results in higher education reform under the Bologna process, solving some problems such as lengthy period of schooling, high dropout rates, and incomparable degree system. While on the other hand, the reform process has also met with some process and quesitonings from some of the univiersities, the resistance. The lack of legal binding from the Bologna press and the students hinder the speed of the process.
