摘 要: 文章运用布卢姆教育目标分类理论探讨了先导组织和思考—情感—行为模式等教学技巧在旅游管理教学过程中的运用,这些技巧能够促进学生积极参与到自己的教育发展中去;教师运用概念图和整合知识结构的"V"形图两种具体的教学新方法向学生提出概念和知识以培养学生自己独立学习的能力,从而最终实现其思考—情感—行为模式的构建。 Bloom's(1959) Taxonomy of Educational Objectives and its educational value are introduced first.Then on the base of the theory,advance organizers and a think,act,feel approach which are successfully used in Hospitality education are discussed.These two teaching techniques force the student to become actively involved in his/her own educational development.The concept map and the "V"-the integrated structure of knowledge provide the teacher with methods of presenting concepts and knowledge to enhance the students' ability to think,feel and act.
