摘 要: 针对模拟低氧训练对于篮球运动员的免疫系统的影响进行研究。对16名篮球运动员在高住高练低训(HiHiLo)和低住高训(LoHi)的过程中CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,NK细胞和NKT细胞的变化过程进行观察。研究结果表明:在进行不同形式的模拟低氧训练中,高住高练低训(HiHiLo)对于运动员免疫能力的影响要比低住高训(LoHi)的形式影响大。第4,5周训练,LoHi组NKT细胞较训练开始前出现显著性下降(P<0.05),Hi-HiLo组表现为非常显著性下降(P<0.01)。这表明不同形式的模拟低氧训练对于篮球运动员的免疫能力造成了影响,主要表现在训练的后期各个免疫指标出现明显差异。HiHiLo组运动员的免疫能力的差异性要高于LoHi组,并且NKT细胞对于不同形式的模拟低氧训练的反应更为明显。可以考虑其为篮球运动员在模拟低氧环境下的首选免疫监控指标。 In order to study the affect to immunity by HiHiLo and LoHi training, the study observes the change of 16 haskethall players' CD3^+ , CD4^+ , CD8 ^+ , NK and NKT during HiHiLo and LoHi. The results show that HiHiLo has the more significant impact for immunity than LoHi. The value of NKT in the fourth and fifth week during the LoHi training is significant down than the beginning (P〈0.05). The value in the HiHiLo is very significant down in the fourth and fifth week than the beginning. The results indicate that HiHiLo and LoHi training have the affect for the immunity of basketball players, especially in the latter period of training, and the values of the indexes have significant differences. HiHiLo train- ing has more effect than LoHi training for the immunity of the players. And the affect for the value of NKT was more obvious than other indexes of immunity during HiHILo and LoHi. NKT can be a superior index to control the immunity of haskethall players during the HiHiLo and LoHi training.
