摘 要: 进行沉淀浮选法处理电镀废水的研究,试验结果表明,该方法对铬、铜、镍等离子有很高的去除率,处理后的电镀废水各污染物浓度均达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900-2008)排放限值。泡沫产品中铬、铜、镍品位分别达到14.2%、10.3%、8.2%,具有极高的资源回收价值。 The removal of heavy metal ions contained in the electroplating wastewater by precipitation flotation was studied. Experimental results show high removal efficiency of antimony, copper, nickel and other heavy metals; results also shows that all the water quality indexes were up to the first grade of wastewater discharge standard (GB21900-2008) The concentration of the chromium, copper and nickel in the foam product were 14.2%, 10.3% and 8.2%, which had great value for resources reclamation.
